I welcome the opportunity to work with you to improve your health and performance through nutrition. My expertise is grounded in current nutrition, health, and behavioral science. My approach is to empower you to set appropriate goals and make choices that will help you to achieve them. How would we work together?

  • One-on-one nutrition counseling* begins with a 60-minute initial assessment and goal-setting session. Follow-up appointments may be 45 to 60 minutes, and will be tailored to your specific needs and goals. Specific actions may include a pantry consultation in your home, guided grocery shopping, meal and menu strategies,  healthy habits coaching, and more.
  • Clients looking to lose weight or improve body composition will be encouraged to commit to a 6-month program, based on research, and may be referred for body composition analysis.

For athletic, school, parenting, or other community groups, presentations and workshops can be tailored for you on topics such as eating for wellness, athletic performance, weight management, heart health, cancer prevention, family meals, food behavior change, and more.

* I accept checks, credit cards, and health savings account plans, and I am an “in network” provider for Cigna and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance plans. For other health insurance plans, I will provide a bill for my services, which you may choose to submit to your insurance company. Please note that coverage for nutrition services remains highly variable among different insurance companies and specific plans– it is your responsibility to understand your coverage.
